MICHAEL V. MORO, II

Mike is committed to helping entrepreneurs and businesses achieve their goals by providing sound, practical legal advice, tailored to their individual needs. Prior to joining Best Law Offices, Mike served as Corporate Counsel for a NASDAQ-listed financial services company where he advised on a variety of matters including mergers and acquisitions, syndicated credit agreements, debt portfolio acquisitions, and vendor agreements. Mike also played a key role in the company’s expansion into South America and Australia. Previously, Mike was Senior Counsel for a global sports and entertainment technology provider. Prior to his in-house roles, Mike worked for law firms in Miami and Rome.

JANNA L. GLAVAN
SENIOR IMMIGRATION PARALEGAL
BIO
Janna graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Colorado in 2001 with a degree in Political Science. She worked as a Legal Assistant for several years at a large corporate and insurance defense law firm in Colorado before moving to Virginia and then Italy as a military spouse. During her time abroad, Janna was a federal employee at the Fleet and Family Support Center, where she served as Assistant to the Director and sat on the Case Review Committee, which managed domestic disputes, child welfare matters, and interpersonal conflicts among military members. Janna earned her paralegal certificate in 2006 and passed the certification exam in 2007. She has worked for Best Law Offices since January 2006, on both business and immigration matters. Janna is the administrative case manager for the firm’s immigration practice, a role which combines her legal skills with her love of world cultures. She enjoys interacting with clients from different countries and helping their American dreams come true.
